StoNail 5000 - Gantry nailing machine

This nailing machine is suitable for the production of wood products such as box parts, wall elements as well as variable pallet formats.

Up to three individually controlled nailing pairs operate independently to drive complex nail patterns into the product at any position. For the production of small elements, two stations can be used alternatively. For the production of large elements, the entire working area of the machine can be used.

Simple, intuitive programming on the 12-inch touch panel directly on the machine. With the parameters entered, the pallets or box parts are completely recorded or visualized.
